Patricks self written eulogy
I wrote this rant, this "poem," this Eulogy
For myself, from Earth, Pat H - E - T - I - C.

I must have lost the fight if this is read
But I don't care, I'm already dead.

I might have done things differently
If I knew this would come so quickly.
I would have listened more, and read more Chomsky.
I would have not quit smoking and drank more whiskey.
I would have dropped out of high school junior year.
I would have loved louder and harder, with less fear.

But I'm just honored that you all are here
Because so am I. I'm always near.

If I get to a Heaven and meet Jesus Christ
I'll say sorry about the sins, I heard you were nice.
Too many of your followers never took your advice
So I just couldn't believe that book you didn't write.

Whether this is the last time you speak of me,
Remember I was a jerk, but really funny
And my sexy, hot man body.

Remember me as I was
Loud, Rude, Angry, and Completely Loved.
So whether in Heaven or the next bout of The Living Dead
I'll see you again, so no tears should be shed.

I love you all, and don't ever forget it.
You made this short life great,
Even though I was Pathetic!
